We will identify differences in mood and when to be concerned. You will better understand the impact of depression on children’s ability to engage with the world, including their learning. We will consider causes of depression in young people so that we can empathise and instil the belief and expectation that it can change. We explore interventions and self-help strategies that can be implemented to help lift pupils out of depression.
