Partnership Schools - £130 covering all three sessions
Non-Partnership Schools - £200 covering all three sessions

This session is subject to our cancellation scale:

28 days or more notice - no charge
11-27 days notice - 25% of total cost of the course
4-10 days or less notice - 50% of total cost of the course
3 days or less notice -100% cost of the course.

This course (one full day and two half days) brings together those new to middle/subject leadership and those who would benefit from dedicated time to explore this important role. Requested as a priority by partnership Headteachers, the course will include practical/ real life examples of scenarios and activities within the themes of:

• What is leadership?
• Planning for impact.
• Monitoring and developing.
• Managing people.
• Time management

Please note this is a course series. One booking will automatically book all 3 sessions for you.

The last session on 13 May is a remote training session. Delegates will receive their login details in a separate email one week ahead of the training session.
