In this two part course, leaders will have the opportunity to explore:

• Generic strategies for managing potentially difficult conversations
• Opportunities to explore real situations and solve/role play them.

Juliet Adloune, course leader, will draw on a wide range of experiences from her own perspective as a leader as well as from supporting/coaching Headteachers and Senior Leaders over many years. This highly successful course from 2018/19 has been extended over two sessions as a result of feedback from participants.
