This course has been crafted in direct response to Partnership Headteacher requests. Juliet Adloune, course leader, will draw on her experience of practically supporting Leaders, Teachers and Teaching Assistants to bring about improvements in their work; she will also appropriately reference extensive work with Leaders to coach/mentor them to challenge the underperformance of others. Strategies and approaches will be explored whilst acknowledging that schools will refer closely to their HR provider. Juliet will integrate an approach which acknowledges the well-being of all involved.
