Children with speech and language or social communication difficulties often find new situations or high level of language difficult. Social stories and comic strip conversations can be used in numerous ways: to develop understanding, to pre-warn of a upcoming event, to stop an unwanted behaviour or reaction. This seminar teaches you the theory behind social stories and comic strips and provides you with detailed guidance on how to create individual resources for children within your care.
