You’re half way through your year and you’ve had your first few lesson observations. You may have even been given an OFSTED type grade. However, every school’s approach is different and every teacher develops their own style. So let’s take a closer look at the common strands that make a lesson inspirational, for it is those that the children remember. In this interactive session, you will be asked to reflect on some triumphs of your own so that all delegates can go away with practical tips and activities that you can use directly in the classroom.
You will also get the chance to visit some of our classrooms, which will give you food for thought as you reflect upon your own practice.
