This workshop will explore techniques all staff can use to help manage the behaviour of groups and individual learners, to support them to make better choices and enable them to make long term changes. We will look at our own behaviour choices first of all, then talk through strategies to manage all children, including those with complex needs.

This is a remote training session. Delegates will receive their login details in a separate email one week ahead of the training session.
