This Leadership Professional Development Group is open to all Deputy and Assistant Heads and all Senior Leaders. The three termly sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to hear great speakers, meet and talk with others and share new initiatives and ideas.

The focus for this session is: Moving onto Headship or Deputy Headship

Stepping up into these senior roles and the whole school responsibility that comes alongside them can appear to be challenging. It may be something you are actively seeking, or considering in the next few years. Come along and find out:
• How to prepare yourself for this next step in your career.
• What to expect in these roles.
• How to manage the change in responsibility and accountability that this brings.

Also, bring questions and queries that you may have and Nick Hearn can use his 18 years of experience in leadership to help find the answers.

Please Note: This session is suitable for anyone in leadership considering a move to Headship or Deputy Headship within the next few years.

Please feel free to arrive early and network with colleagues. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided from 12.30-1.00.
