The Ripple Effect
So you’re a leader and you’ve inherited a condition called ‘responsibility’? Your life and work is full-on, relentless and absolutely exhausting. You feel like time is always running out. It’s too easy as a leader to get caught up in racing from one crisis to another whilst trying to use caffeine and no sleep as your fuel.
School leaders have to squeeze more from less – but you’re already working at maximum capacity. So what are you going to do?
The ripple effect is your answer. The best leaders are inspired and inspiring. They ripple positivity and good feelings throughout their team. As these ripples are passed on throughout your team they can turn into unstoppable waves of wellbeing and positivity.
This course will teach you how to transform your school culture from the inside out. Plain and simple: you will learn how to be your team’s secret ingredient in unlocking their wellbeing and impact.
Please feel free to arrive early and network with colleagues. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided from 12.30-1.00pm.
