This session will look at how leaders might keep themselves on the front foot with regard to documentation and information they have to hand at all times. Helen will then go on to unpick what the Ofsted telephone conversation will cover and how leaders might respond to lead inspectors’ queries and questions. Finally, Helen will look at what leaders might feasibly do after the call. Please have to hand your section 5 and section 8 inspection handbooks, as well as the booklet circulated to you ahead of the session. The purpose of the booklet is for you to take notes and you may choose to do this in hard copy or electronically.

This is a remote training course. Delegates will receive their login details in a separate email one week ahead of the training session.
