The first session is aimed at sharing ideas about how to show the impact of leaders’ and teachers’ work on the progress of pupils who find learning difficult. Helen will share with you some ideas for showing progress and there will be an opportunity for you to reflect, action plan and share ideas with others. There will be a gap task between the two sessions. In the second session, Helen will lead an appreciative enquiry into what worked well and what ‘even better if’ might look like, based on the gap task. You will be expected to feed back on the gap task. For this session, you will need access to the various materials circulated to you, either in paper or electronically.

Please note this is a course series. One booking will automatically book both sessions for you. Attendance for both sessions is requiered.

This is a remote training course. Delegates will receive their login details in a separate email one week ahead of the training session.
