This two part training encourages a strategic view of inclusive provision in classrooms. It aligns with the education inspection framework. The training will support you with planning to meet the needs for every pupil in your class, regardless of ability or attitude. The training will also consider the effective deployment of teaching assistants, based on the key features of the work of MITA. There is a gap task between the two sessions and you will be expected to feed back on the task at the second session. Helen will work through a self-evaluation activity with you so that you can celebrate your successes and set your next steps. There will be opportunities for reflection, action planning and questions.

Please note this is a course series. One booking will automatically book both sessions for you. Attendance for both sessions is requiered.
