This course is an opportunity for leaders to consider how effective the culture of safeguarding is in their schools. We will consider aspects such as behaviour and attendance, which are closely linked to safeguarding. There will be some ‘killer questions’ to challenge and support you. The session includes a self-evaluation activity which allows delegates to acknowledge what they do well in their schools; the activity will give you the opportunity to set your next steps.
