Good news. We can help.

Stress is called many things, pressure, fatigue, burnout, etc. We all know what it is like to feel stressed or be under pressure. It is a perfectly normal part of life. When you are juggling a busy homelife and also having to create and prepare lesson plans, we can easily feel like the workload is insurmountable.

Becoming overwhelmed by stress and pressure, and that continuing, unchecked for a long time can lead to mental health problems or make existing mental health problems worse.

Our ‘stress managed’ workshop will provide you with a greater understanding of what stress is, help you identify stress triggers and how stress can be effectively managed. Being aware of pressures and stresses and knowing how to deal with them, is a great starting point to help reduce mental ill health.
