This Leadership Professional Development Group Assistant/Deputy Head professional development group is open to all deputy heads, assistant heads and senior leaders. The three termly sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to hear great speakers, meet and talk with others and share new initiatives and ideas. The focus for this session is: looking after yourself and others.

Using the model of the Stress Container, leaders will reflect on how they manage their own stress, including a raft of positive ideas to help. Additionally, ways of supporting and listening to others in order to create a healthy workplace community will be shared.
