This Leadership Professional Development Group Assistant/Deputy Head professional development group is open to all deputy heads, assistant heads and senior leaders. The three termly sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to hear great speakers, meet and talk with others and share new initiatives and ideas.

The focus for this session is: Positive communication skills and Managing difficult conversations

Verbal and non-verbal communication skills will be explored during this session using case studies and the experiences of actual delegates. This will then extend onto a focus on managing difficult conversations : the ‘when, where, what, how and why’.
