This half-day session will:
- look at the different levels of accountability in school;
- identify the importance (purpose) of accountability and who has responsibility at each level;
- identify that high-quality provision for each pupil is at the root of all accountability, and is the core purpose of every type of provision;
- use the concepts of core purpose and the child being at the heart of the process as drivers for school development and the re-energising of staff (coaching model)
- give an overview of how EIF evaluates the quality of education.
