This course firstly outlines TA Professional Standards before exploring communication strategies which allow teachers to effectively deploy TAs in order to maximise learning. Learning how to hold necessary conversations will be covered, allowing for the needs of the delegates to be met through ‘in the moment’ case studies devised by the course leader.
The course leader, Juliet Adloune, will draw on EEF research as well as her experience and expertise in School Improvement.
