Professional development can be supported, developed and challenged through effective feedback following monitoring of Teaching/Learning and outcomes. Based on a learning and progress model, this half day course will explore ways of communicating in both written and verbal form.
The course leader will share scaffolds and school-based examples to bring the learning to life as well as using role play opportunities to rehearse scenarios.
