‘Switch on, sit back and learn’ this session will focus on one small area of learning and will enable delegates will take away information that they can put into action immediately.

Course attendees will leave with up-to-date knowledge of developments in the newly published Department for Education -Writing Framework. The course will highlight the key points of consideration for the EYFS within the framework in line with the Statutory framework within EYFS.

Course objectives:

• Look at the key takeaway messages within the framework and what does this mean for the EYFS 

• Exploring the requirements for Reception contained in the Writing Framework

• Providing practical approaches to ensure schools meet these requirements.
