This three part course explores some of the essentials of being an impactful subject leader in a Primary School including: action planning, ‘Intent, Implementation and Impact’, monitoring and developing and time management. Proformas, strategies and approaches will be shared as well as there being an opportunity for some monitoring of outcomes related to individual subject leaders’ subjects. The course leader, Juliet Adloune, will draw on her experience and expertise in School Improvement as well as her own leadership.

Please note: This is a course series, one booking will automatically reserve a place for all three sessions. The same delegate needs to attend all three sessions.
