Strategies, approaches, scaffolds and key questions will all be explored on this half day course in order to empower the person being developed to be reflective and to take ownership of their next steps.

The course does not teach learners to be a coach but refers to established ways of working with individuals in a bespoke manner towards their professional goals/targets.

The course leader will share real-life examples as well as using role play opportunities to rehearse scenarios.
