Aims:
To identify unhelpful beliefs that drain energy and begin to retrain automatic negative thought patterns so that teachers and leaders can effectively develop more helpful self-talk, other talk and start to tackle imposter syndrome in order to be more effective at work.
Outcomes for teachers and leaders:
• Identify how negative thought patterns affect self worth and limit potential.
• Have an understanding of the types of negative thoughts that can occur in difficult situations and use self awareness to make positive changes.
• Practical techniques to reframe and put thoughts into perspective.
PLEASE NOTE: Each session needs to be booked separately. Delegates can choose to attend some or all of the sessions.
